We’re so excited about the holiday season here at Paul Michael Company! While there are so many fun elements in holiday decorating—trees, ornaments, ribbons, snowflakes, gingerbread houses and more—today we’re focusing specifically on wreaths.
Nothing says the holidays quite like a seasonal wreath, and the great thing is, it can be personalized for your own style and color scheme. Designers at our Creation Stations are on hand to help make custom wreaths (and garlands, too!) based on your selections. Get inspired by these Paul Michael wreaths…
Stop by one of our four locations in Lake Village, Monroe, Lafayette or Canton to look at our wreath-crafting supplies, and enjoy personalizing your holiday décor this year with a one-of-a-kind wreath!
Interested in our other holiday décor, too? Visit our Facebook page for a peek at Holiday 2011 at Paul Michael Company.
We’ve done a post covering colorful holiday décor beyond red and green, but for those of you who love this classic color scheme, we’re all for embracing it. Many holiday memories include these two quintessential colors, and there’s something nice about sticking with the tried and true.
We love holiday décor at Paul Michael Company, and have some great red and green items in this year. Take a peek…
There’s nothing like over-sized candy canes, lollipops, ornaments and snowmen to get you in the holiday spirit.
Your guests will love a red-and-green holiday table setting like this.
Red-and-green wreaths make perfect holiday door decor.
Our shelves are bursting with holiday ribbon for our crafty shoppers.
Which color scheme are you decorating with this holiday season? Classic red and green? Non-traditional colors like blues, pinks and purples? Metallic gold and silver? Leave a comment to let us know—we’d love to hear from you!

Would you love to have your tree beautifully wrapped in ribbon this year? For those of you who want to do it yourself, Paul Michael Company has made another holiday how-to video featuring Ms. Christmas, Julie and our elf, Ann, and this one shows you how to work ribbon into your tree for a stylish effect. Take a look…
Ms. Christmas not only takes you through the process of decorating your tree with ribbon, but also shows you techniques for doing so with two different types of ribbon: wired ribbon and mesh ribbon. And here’s an insider’s tip (shhhh): It may be easier to work ribbon into an artificial tree than a live tree.
Would you like to top your ribbon-wrapped tree with a gorgeous bow? Check out our video on how to make a bow for a tree topper.
At Paul Michael Company, we think Christmas decorating should be fun! Stop by one of our four locations for help making your holiday decorating even merrier this year.
Paul Michael Company’s last event of the year will be held on Dec. 8—that’s this Thursday!—from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. For this Holiday Party, you can look forward to 25 percent off one regularly priced item, drinks and hors d’oeuvres, hourly drawings, demonstration custom creation stations in full swing making garlands and wreaths, and special events at each location.
Our Lafayette store is having the party catered by Joey’s, offering live music and will also have the local animal shelter set up a booth for pet adoption.
Our Monroe store is having a Christmas photo booth for entertainment. Paul Michael Company will decorate the area, and customers will receive a souvenir picture. But that’s not all…
Cypress Alley Designs will have their special jewelry creations on display (jewelry by them shown above), and Shellie Tomlinson is having a print giveaway promotion. Anyone who buys one of her books in the month of December and mails in their receipt will be registered for the Moonlight and Magnolias print. (The Monroe store will have Shellie’s personal matted-and-framed copy of the print on display through Dec. 8.) Also at the Holiday Party, you can enjoy fruit, cheese, finger sandwiches, desserts and wine and cokes.
Lake Village, AR
The fun at our Lake Village store includes a wreath-off contest, Joey Williams catering, and Pippa’s Famous Margaritas.
Our Canton store will have a band for live entertainment, and Granny B’s candles will be doing a trunk show of their holiday home fragrances. There will be demonstrations on how to use Paul Michael Company’s deco mesh, ribbon and stems for holiday decorating. The Junior League of Tyler will be bringing cookbooks, including kids’ cookbooks, and great food and drinks will be on hand.
So mark you calendar: This event will take place Thursday, Dec. 8. Head over to our Facebook event page to RSVP! We can’t wait to see you at the party!
We want to update everyone on where in the world Paul is!
It might look like he has run off and joined the carnival, but Paul actually ran off to an auction and bought more serious woodworking equipment!
Looks like there will be many more designs coming your way once Paul gets his new factory up and running—it will take a few months, but he has an array of new designs, from wall art to furniture and tabletop accessories. This new equipment is essential for executing the designs.
Stay tuned to our blog and Facebook page to keep up-to-date on all the latest goodies from Paul Michael Company!
