Innovative Cutting Board Easily Becomes a Party Platter
Paul Michael loves to cook and entertain, so many of the Paul’s World products we manufacture relate back to solving dilemnas faced by chefs and hosts everywhere.
In fact, Paul designed a cutting board as a solution to a big problem he always faced when grilling for a big crowd. When wondering, “Why don’t they make a platter with handles that you can use to take the meat off the grill, carry it to the table, cut on and serve on?” he decided to take action and create one. Done. He came up with a cutting board-platter combination using cypress single plank boards and cast iron handles. These practical boards also have a trough around them so the juices don’t run off.
Naturally, Paul uses the products he thinks up. Here’s one such cutting board at Paul’s recent dove hunting party, where we entertained 70 happy guests.

June 18, 2013 at 9:57 pm (6 years ago)I received one of your walnut cutting boards for Father’s Day and in the shuffle, misplaced the card with suggestions for care of the wood. Please send a replacement to me at Box C, Cedarville, CA. 96104. I don’t want to do anything to harm this beautiful board. It’s going to be a family heirloom. The kids are already putting their names in the will.
Thanks, John Hussa
